The Partnership Project provides a series of technical assistance resources and materials to support the development and strengthening of public-private partnerships to improve the quality and supply of child care.

The five case studies are: (1) Developing a Facilities Loan Fund in San Francisco; (2) Creating an Early Education System in Colorado; (3) Georgia's Voluntary Prekindergarten Program; (4) Financing Quality Child Care.
